Over Haddon is a small village located just 2 miles from Bakewell.
Overlooking the beautiful Lathkill Dale and the villages of Youlgrave and Stanton in the Peak, Over Haddon is beautifully situated to enjoy the stunning Peak District scenery. A friendly village, the residents are happy to direct visitors to the various walks surrounding the village and the Village Hall must have some of the best views of any village hall in the country. It also has an extensive list of events and their quiz nights are always very popular. It has a stunning backdrop and is always popular for unique photographs. Over Haddon was chosen by the RHS to join their display of Well Dressings at their show at Chatsworth in 2019 and has again been invited to attend in 2020.
